Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) Float to provide front desk coverage across multiple practice locations within the SolutionHealth network. You will travel between clinics as needed to ensure smooth patient flow and billing support, delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in/out, answering calls, scheduling, updating demographics, handling co-pays, and entering referrals into the EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Windows-based office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between practice locations.
• Caring and compassionate customer service approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients professionally and compassionately.
• Answer calls and provide general information.
• Check-in and check-out patients.
• Schedule appointments and testing.
• Enter and track referrals; update demographics.
• Process co-pays and daily payments accurately.
• Scan and index documents into the EMR.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations, including weekends/holidays.
• Support Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives and other projects.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
