Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a float Patient Registration Specialist (Medical Receptionist) to support multiple clinics in the Twin Cities metro. This is a direct placement with our client and requires willingness to drive between locations.

You will check in patients, gather demographics, verify insurance and eligibility, and greet patients with a friendly face across Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. Expect 40 hours per week with varying start times and occasional longer days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical front desk experience.
• Reliable transportation to commute across the metro to various locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients as the main responsibility and direct patient contact.
• Gather demographics and insurance paperwork; confirm coverage and eligibility.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with required forms.
• Greet patients and provide a friendly, helpful presence across clinics in the Twin Cities metro.
