RR Donnelley & Sons seeks an Office Services Support Floater to provide essential office support across Downtown Miami and Brickell law firm locations. You will manage mail, reprographics, reception, hospitality, and facilities coordination, rotating between sites as coverage is needed.

The role requires a dependable, service-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments, adapts quickly to new teams, and works independently after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a professional office, corporate, administrative, or legal environment.
• Exceptional customer service and a white-glove client experience.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide office services support across multiple legal client locations in Downtown Miami and Brickell.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional, responsive service.
• Support mail handling, reprographics, scanning, printing, and document processing.
• Assist with reception, hospitality, conference room, facilities, and admin support as needed.
• Operate independently at smaller office locations after training and onboarding.
• Maintain logs, records, and job-tracking documentation.
• Ensure requests and tickets are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with managers, clients, and team members about priorities and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic office equipment and coordinate service requests.
