RRD Company seeks an Office Services Support Floater to provide essential support across Downtown Miami and Brickell law firm offices. Rotate between client sites, handling mail, reprographics, reception, and facilities tasks in a fast-paced setting.

You will travel between nearby offices, maintain logs, manage requests, and ensure quick, accurate service while staying professional and adaptable in dynamic teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in a professional office, corporate, administrative, or legal environment.
• Exceptional customer service with a white-glove client experience.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide office services support across multiple legal client locations in Downtown Miami and Brickell.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and service-oriented client interactions.
• Support mail handling, reprographics, scanning, printing, and document processing.
• Assist reception, hospitality, conference room, facilities, and admin tasks as needed.
• Adapt to different client environments while maintaining service excellence.
• Operate independently at smaller office locations after training.
