RRD seeks an Office Services Support Floater to deliver exceptional client-facing office support across Downtown Miami and Brickell law firm sites. You will rotate between client locations, handling mail, reprographics, hospitality, reception, facilities coordination, and other office services tasks as needed.

The role requires adaptability, dependable work habits, and the ability to work independently after initial training.

Formación

• Experience in a professional office, corporate, administrative, or legal environment is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service with a white-glove approach.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and client expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide office services support across multiple legal client locations.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional, responsive interactions.
• Support mail handling, reprographics, scanning, printing, document processing, and intake functions.
• Assist with reception, hospitality, conference room, facilities, and administrative support.
• Adapt quickly to different client environments, procedures, and expectations while maintaining service excellence.
• Operate independently at smaller office locations after training and onboarding.
