TAREEN DERMATOLOGY PA seeks a Medical Receptionist to be the first contact for patients across multiple locations. You will greet, check in, schedule visits, and liaise between medical staff and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Role requires 3+ years of medical office experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of medical terminology. Travel between Roseville, Maplewood, and Hudson may be needed, with some remote call-center duties.

• Confirm next day appointments and verify details.
• Assist with incoming faxes and scheduling.
• Prepare new patient charts.
• Handle release of information per guidelines.
• Monitor emails and follow proper protocol.
• Know services rendered and order office supplies.
