This is a flexible, multi-location position that supports both our front desk and call center operations. The employee will be scheduled to work onsite as a medical receptionist at our Hudson (WI), Maplewood, and Roseville locations based on staffing and business needs. When onsite receptionist coverage is not needed, the employee may be assigned to call center duties, which may be performed remotely.
The schedule, work location, and assigned responsibilities may vary from week to week. There is no guaranteed number of call center or remote workdays. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between all three clinic locations and transitioning between receptionist and call center responsibilities as needed.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients. Cheerfully greeting and checking in-patients, scheduling patient visits, and acting a liaison between medical staff and patients.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a clinic setting. Occasional travel to other locations is required.
