Southern California Multi-Specialty Center is seeking a Front Desk representative to greet patients and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage the reception area, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support. The role requires rotating to satellite clinics in Porter Ranch, Valencia, and Tarzana, weekly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC EMR is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing/scanning.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
