Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Multisite Maintenance Technician to support maintenance at two or more apartment communities, delivering on resident commitments with timely response and professional service.

You will perform make-ready work, routine maintenance, and on-call emergency tasks while upholding the company’s standards for safety and customer care across sites in the Chevy Chase area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable).
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments.
• Respond to resident service requests and concerns promptly.
• Perform maintenance functions and repairs as needed.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, keep them clean and safe.
• Provide on-call emergency service when required.
• Complete scheduled maintenance program and report concerns to supervisor.
