Qualifications

• Must have hand tools normally used in common construction, maintenance and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day operations and asset of the property under direction of supervisor/manager.
• Complete service requests and work orders under supervision.
• Follow company policy and all applicable laws in maintenance activities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems.
