Job summary

RADCO is seeking a skilled maintenance professional with leadership experience who can inspire a team to achieve excellence at our Georgia property portfolio. The role focuses on building prevention maintenance programs, supervising a maintenance team, and aligning operations with budget goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing on-site repairs, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering rapid service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience is required.
• HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• Elevated level of proficiency in arithmetic, written, and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and/or maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members.
• Assist in creating community budget to forecast and maintain operational standards.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance expenses according to budget.
• Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless parts/labor are extraordinary.
• Read/listen and respond to resident requests in a calm, timely manner.
• Perform on-call emergency service requests when scheduled and respond within an hour when on call.
