Job summary

JLL is seeking a reliable Mailroom Associate (Floater) to support multiple local sites from Columbia, MD. The role serves as the backbone of mail and distribution, ensuring timely processing and white-glove service across locations.

You will manage mail, supplies, and facility needs on the 1st shift, with travel to Arlington, Alexandria, and Chantilly, VA as needed. US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in mailroom operations or facilities support.
• Secret level security clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between sites.
• Demonstrated white-glove, professional customer service in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail operations including USPS and courier packages.
• Stock and service facility supplies, copy rooms, and break rooms.
• Conduct regular facility walks and log Corrigo work orders for building issues.
• Log daily tasks and submit weekly reports to the Lead for accountability.
• Travel to support mailroom and reception operations at other local sites as needed.
