Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a General Manager to lead contracts and all employees in growing business with an existing customer base. The role focuses on daily operations, customer relations, profitability, and continuous improvement across the contract.

The position requires a strong background in operations and business management, with 10+ years of experience, a logistics-related degree, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, 3PL or Transportation is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years’ experience in operations and business management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing customer service and maintain customer relations through daily contract operations.
• Attainment of profit objectives and provide financial analysis for the customer.
• Grow and develop additional business opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensure safety and quality while monitoring cost control programs.
• Lead and foster problem solving and professional relationships with customer and internal teams.
• Coordinate with government departments and other stakeholders.
• Oversee staffing to meet customer requirements and control costs.
• Establish programs for continuous improvement using Kaizen, LEAN, and EQS.
