Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations to provide overall strategy for high-volume supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring service quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance. You will manage delivery of services, drive business expansion, and lead development of human resources and safety programs.

Position may require 20% travel. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading large logistics facilities, strong P&L acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years in large logistics operation management.
• Leadership experience across multiple facilities and P&L responsibility.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operations plans across multiple high-volume logistics contracts.
• Grow executive-level relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Justify capital expenditures and allocate assets effectively.
• Lead start-up phase of new operations and expand existing ones.
• Oversee profitability, service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Review financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
