Job summary

AvalonBay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote Equity Residential's brand across assigned communities and maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering a remarkable customer experience.

The role emphasizes tour management, lead handling, CRM usage, and collaboration with the Community Manager. You will support marketing, coordinate tours, and ensure leasing documents are accurate and complete.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English for all work purposes.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Use of personal smartphone for work tasks with security compliance.
• Ability to use computer effectively and read written communications; ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Equity Residential's brand across assigned communities.
• Coordinates schedule and onsite presence based on occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM at all communities.
• Completes CRM tasks within the required timeframe.
• Promotes communities based on prospective residents' needs.
• Manages tour schedules and inspects the tour path daily.
• Employs selling techniques to close sales; cross-sells within sister communities.
• Maintains knowledge of community details and supports marketing efforts.
