Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes Equity Residentials brand and drives occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate onsite presence atProperties and manage tour schedules.
• Proactively manage leads and use CRM to maintain resident relationships.
• Prepare leasing documents and assist residents with payments and inquiries.
• Mentor and support Leasing Consultants and coordinate resident events.
