Woodmont Real Estate Services in Burlingame, CA is seeking a dynamic Roving Leasing Consultant to float across multiple properties. This part-time role requires weekend hours and frequent travel between sites, with Friday–Sunday shifts 9:00am–6:00pm.

You will greet prospects, tour properties, and guide them to lease a home while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and amenities, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven leasing and sales background.
• Previous Leasing experience in market-rate multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience are desired.
• Language Ability: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to create reports.
• Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, percentages, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and communicate features to drive leasing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and amenities to match prospects.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents, delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and promptness.
• Process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements per policy.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams for outreach and resident events.
