Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time role with a Thursday through Monday, 9am - 6pm schedule. You will greet prospects, tour the community, and showcase resort-style amenities to drive occupancy and provide exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has leasing experience, knowledge of property management systems, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sales-oriented mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven leasing background.
• Experience with market-rate multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of property management systems (RealPage, Yardi) desired.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sales-driven, customer-service oriented attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight community features to drive leasing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and amenities to match prospects with units.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents through exceptional service.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process leasing applications in line with policies and fair housing laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support outreach and events.
