Job summary

Red Tail Residential, LLC in Minnesota is hiring two Roving Leasing Consultants to support multiple Minneapolis-area communities, touring property and delivering strong resident experiences.

The role requires weekend availability, a sales mindset, and exceptional customer service. You will travel between communities, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs, while maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year apartment/multifamily leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist in leaving available units.
• Process rental applications per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing information and resident files.
• Respond to resident inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
