Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a roving Leasing Professional to demonstrate apartments and the community to prospective renters, and to secure commitments and deposits across multiple sites, including Berkeley Heights, with driver-required mobility.

The role is full-time temporary, offering leasing bonuses and company benefits; candidates should have 1–2 years of leasing experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with OneSite or Entrata.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in property management.
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• OneSite experience preferred.
• Entrata Software experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Market apartments by phone and in person; demonstrate apartments and community to prospective renters, sell apartment features/benefits, secure commitments and deposits, and follow up on undecided prospects.
• Lease administration under the supervision of the Property Manager.
• Review the property management database for data accuracy.
• Transport and set up marketing collateral to rental sites.
• Prepare rentals before showings and ensure readiness for showings.
