Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven leasing and sales background.
• Previous Leasing experience in market-rate multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience are desired.
• Language Ability: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer Skills: MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to create reports.
• Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, percentages, and financial calculations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Woodmont has an immediate need for a dynamic Multisite Leasing Consultant to float between multiple properties in the Burlingame, CA area. Assignments may be long or short-term depending upon the need and may occasionally include weekend assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can adapt to all types of properties including lease-ups and stable properties with varying ownership requirements. Travel on a regular basis is required.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents; guiding tours, highlighting our resort-style amenities, and creating a welcoming experience from the first visit to move-in. You'll play a key role in driving our leasing success, while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the quality of our community. This is a part-time role and the expected schedule shift is Friday through Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the community to drive leasing performance and meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all floor plans, pricing, availability, and community amenities to effectively match prospects with suitable units.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and residents by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and ongoing residency.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Accurately process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to support outreach efforts, resident retention programs, and community events that enhance the resident experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience

• 1+ years of proven leasing and sales background.
• Previous Leasing experience in market-rate multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of the current rental market and marketing experience are desired.
• Language Ability: Strong oral and written communication skills. Professional interpersonal skills.
• Computer Skills: Must have excellent computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to understand and create reports and documents. RealPage experience preferred, other property management software packages helpful.
• Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, percentages, and financial calculations.

COMPENSATION

Woodmont Real Estate Services has detailed the expected hourly rate for this role to be $21.00 - $22.00 hourly* + Leasing Bonuses.

This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role).
