Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing and marketing leader to direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities. You will oversee on-site traffic, pricing and concessions to sustain occupancy and drive leases. The role includes managing the leasing team and coordinating with maintenance to ensure the property meets company standards.

The position emphasizes developing effective marketing plans and leveraging print and internet channels to attract prospects and convert them to residents.

Qualifications

• Marketing, advertising and sales experience in a real estate or property management context.
• Ability to develop on-site marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Experience directing a leasing team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising and sales activities.
• Oversee on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, pricing and concessions.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Work with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety and promote salability of units.
• Lead leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, complete move-ins.
