Job summary

Equity Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the brand across assigned properties and maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will allocate ~60% of time to new sales and tours, ~30% to resident relations, and ~10% to leasing administration. Strong sales and customer service skills, plus knowledge of leasing processes, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if vehicle use is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promote Equity Residential’s brand and communities.
• Coordinate onsite presence and tour schedules.
• Manage leads and customer experience using CRM.
• Close sales and support resident retention.
• Assist with leasing documents and events as needed.
