Trinity Property Consultants in Milwaukee is seeking a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant to be the face of two or more properties, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective and current residents.

You’ll manage leasing and sales, guide move-ins, process applications, conduct market surveys, and implement marketing strategies to sustain high occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. Fair Housing knowledge).
• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and promptly address resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Perform daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections per Trinity’s standards.
