Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales, multifamily leasing preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with leasing software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to properties.
• Assist in market surveys and executing marketing strategies.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide timely resident support and handle inquiries.
