Job summary

EZ Form Cable Corp. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join the headquarters IT team across Hamden, CT and Crossville, TN. You will provide fast, reliable Tier 1/2 support for end users, manage tickets, and assist in hardware deployments and projects.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and a customer-first approach while collaborating with EZ Form and Intelliconnect units. Prior IT service desk experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with IT field degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certs are a plus.
• 3–5 years of desktop support or IT service desk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support.
• Manage the IT service desk ticket queue.
• Support Windows 10/11 configurations across hardware.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and end-user training.
