Job summary
Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Human Resources Director to lead an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore.
You will partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
- Experience with Workday or SuccessFactors HRIS is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore.
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance matters.
- Use workforce metrics and insights to influence decisions and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to implement people programs and policies.
- Support investigations, change initiatives, and continuous improvement for the employee experience.
