Onni is hiring for a maintenance role responsible for keeping common areas neat, safe, and well-maintained across sites in the Chicago area. The role requires flexibility to travel between properties and support both operational and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using hand or power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash areas, and public spaces.
• Travel between sites as needed to support priorities.
• Schedule, monitor, and perform work orders.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and alert maintenance to repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants.
