Job summary

Onni Properties (Chicago) Inc is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep common areas neat and safe across Chicago sites. The role requires second shift and weekend work, with occasional travel between sites to support priorities.

You will handle work orders, inspect buildings and grounds, assist with notices, and provide excellent customer service to residents while helping with preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience using hand or power tools or equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains common areas and ensures safety and cleanliness at properties.
• Schedules, monitors and performs work orders as needed.
• Inspects buildings and grounds and alerts maintenance to repairs.
• Delivers excellent customer service to residents and promotes quality living.
• Participates in preventive maintenance and safety training.

Job Description:Maintain the common areas neat and tidy, which include but is not limited to the driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, and any public areas.
