Job summary

Onni is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep common areas such as driveways, parking lots, curbs, and exterior hallways clean and safe. The role requires travel between sites to support operations and is a second shift with weekends on duty.

You will communicate with your supervisor, schedule work orders, order supplies, assist with notices, inspect facilities, and provide excellent resident service. A high school diploma is required; hand/power tool experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience using hand or power tools or equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues.
• Schedules, monitors and performs work orders as needed.
• Ensures landscaping supplies are in stock and orders supplies, as directed.
• Assists office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doors.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired.
• Ensures excellent customer service to prospective residents and tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents.
• General building preventive maintenance tasks.
• Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
• Common area clean up to include power washing buildings, cleaning pool area, laundry rooms, public restrooms and trash bins.
• Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention.
• Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Salary Range: $21 - $23 per hour
