Sinatra and Company Management LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to service Canandaigua, Fairport, and Brockport properties. The role covers electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs with a focus on timely work orders and property upkeep.

Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends/on-call as needed. The company emphasizes team collaboration and community-focused property management.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance skills across electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing and appliances.
• Experience with property upkeep and minor repairs in multifamily settings is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and performs electrical, drywall, painting, plumbing, and appliance repairs to complete work orders.
• Completes resident service requests within 24–48 hours from time of entry.
• Manages materials within budget constraints and maintains log of work performed.
• Keeps property grounds tidy and safe, reports hazards and lease violations.
• Supports make-ready unit turns and coordinates move-in/move-out timelines.
• Documents all operations in logs or software with accuracy and timeliness.
• Travels to Canandaigua, Fairport, and Brockport properties as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property regulations.
• Assists in other tasks assigned by Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
