The Resource Registered Nurse position for Charlotte's Womens Resource Team requires floating to CMC (Main) plus four of the following facilities: University, Lake Norman, Stanly, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Pineville, Union & Union West. Part-time RN role within Advocate Health's nursing float pool in Charlotte, emphasizing clinical governance, safety culture, and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN preferred; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety and high-quality care.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and communication with the team.
• May float to other units within the service area to meet patient care needs.
