Job summary

CGL Facilities Management is hiring a Facility Manager to lead a maintenance team and oversee critical facilities. You will supervise staff, prioritize work orders, and ensure safety and reliability of MEP systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma (degree preferred), 1 year of facility management experience with 3+ years of skilled maintenance, and strong leadership capabilities. A company vehicle is provided and ongoing education is supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• 1 year of facility management and/or related correctional facility experience required.
• 5 years of skilled commercial maintenance experience (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, handle hiring, firing, and performance management.
• Review requests and work orders to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee maintenance of MEP systems to ensure reliable utilities.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Manage budgets, approve invoices, and track variances.
