A New Leaf seeks a Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across multiple Phoenix-area locations, ensuring safe, functional spaces. You will supervise staff, oversee maintenance projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and leadership to support program needs.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a focus on safety, compliance, and cost-effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with budgets, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Experience in nonprofit, human services, or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Facilities operations at multiple locations.
• Lead, train, and develop Facilities staff and manage performance.
• Plan and manage facility projects, renovations, and expansions.
• Develop and manage budgets and purchasing; monitor expenditures.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure safety, security, inspections, and compliance across facilities.
