Job summary

Excel Fitness in Dallas seeks a Facilities Manager to direct the operation and maintenance of all club locations and the corporate office. You will oversee the facilities support process, manage teams, projects, vendors, and resources with accountability to protect margins and ensure safety and compliance.

You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs and services, manage CMMS data and KPI reporting, and collaborate with Ops to drive capital initiatives while upholding OSHA standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years multi-site facilities management experience.
• 2+ years leading a team of technicians; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct operation and maintenance of all club locations and corporate office.
• Lead preventive maintenance; coordinate repairs and contracted services.
• Manage CMMS data, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee work orders, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive capital initiatives and safety standards.
