United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations for a nationwide portfolio of clinics. You will manage vendors, budget controls, preventive maintenance, and essential life-safety compliance while supporting new clinic openings and transitions.

The role emphasizes reducing downtime, cost control, and delivering a safe, reliable environment for patients and staff across multiple states.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in facility management with portfolio of at least 50 locations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management or equivalent study.
• Minimum of 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations for a growing nationwide portfolio of 60+ outpatient clinics.
• Manage service providers, work order performance, preventive maintenance, emergency response, budgets, leases and warranties.
• Coordinate facility services to support new clinic openings and transitions.
• Develop and monitor facilities budgets, cost savings, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Ensure regulatory and life safety compliance across assigned clinics.
