Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations for a nationwide portfolio of outpatient clinics. You will oversee service providers, manage budgets, and coordinate new clinic openings to ensure a safe, reliable environment for patients and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and data-driven decision making, with collaboration across Operations, IT, and Real Estate teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility management with portfolio of 50+ locations.
• 3+ years using facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and facilities operations for 60+ outpatient clinics.
• Manage service providers, work orders, preventive maintenance and budgets.
• Coordinate new clinic openings and transitions, minimize downtime.
• Track and report facilities KPIs and cost savings.
