Job summary

Arqline is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance across multiple properties. You will manage staff, schedule preventive upkeep, and respond to emergency calls while ensuring safety and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 3 years in apartment maintenance, EPA Universal and HVAC certification, and a willingness to travel between sites. Pool certification is a plus; the environment is fast-paced and service-driven.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years’ related apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal and HVAC certification current with licensed authority.
• Pool certification (CPO) not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes service requests within 24 hours.
• Directly supervises maintenance staff at all properties; oversees hiring, training and performance.
• Handles preventative maintenance scheduling and vendor bids; ensures safety compliance with EPA/OSHA requirements.
• Responds to 24-hour maintenance emergencies; maintains courteous, proactive communication with residents and staff.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Property Manager for supplies and budgets.
• Interacts with vendors; reviews pricing and ensures quality workmanship.
