Job summary

Blackhawk Church is seeking a Facilities Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and care of multiple sites. You will manage the daily event schedule, ensure spaces are clean and ready for ministry, and lead site maintenance activities across Blackhawk’s owned and leased facilities.

The role involves coordinating access, deliveries, and service requests, while maintaining safety and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities, building operations, maintenance, property management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, work orders, vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on facility operations and maintenance for all Blackhawk facilities.
• Manage day-to-day implementation of the event schedule and ensure readiness for ministry.
• Lead daily walk-throughs to identify maintenance, safety and appearance needs.
• Coordinate building access, deliveries, moves, and other facility needs.
• Support repairs, renovations, projects and capital work as assigned.
