Job summary

Advant Solutions is hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and execute the company’s environmental, health, safety, and regulatory programs across nationwide manufacturing and distribution facilities. The role partners with Operations, HR, and executives to drive a culture of safety excellence and risk reduction.

The EHS Manager will oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and local regulations; manage permits, training, audits, and emergency planning; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in occupational safety or related field preferred.
• Experience with nationwide operations and multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute company-wide EHS programs across plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Establish a proactive safety culture focused on engagement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and regulatory reporting across locations.
• Oversee incidents, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Develop and manage EHS budgets and training programs.
• Prepare and present EHS KPIs and trend analyses to leadership.
