Job summary

Advant Solutions LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and execute comprehensive EHS, regulatory compliance, and safety programs across multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities nationwide. You will partner with operations and leadership to reduce risk, drive a culture of safety, and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and environmental regulations.
• Experience with behavior-based safety programs and safety management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide EHS programs, policies, standards, and procedures across manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Establish and maintain a proactive safety culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site management teams regarding EHS compliance and best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on environmental, health, and safety matters for all company locations.
• Oversee EHS budgets and support capital improvement projects related to safety and environmental compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadership and site management.
• Coordinate emergency drills, crisis response activities, and incident management procedures.
