Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to elevate safety practices across our manufacturing and operations sites. You will lead safety initiatives, partner with site leaders, and drive data-driven improvements while managing multiple sites.

The role requires 50-70% travel, flexible shifts, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years WHS/Enviro experience are preferred; Master’s and CSP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor's degree required or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of people and performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily work.
• Develop safety training and ensure compliance across sites.
