Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Nevada seeks a Multi-site Community Assistant Manager to support properties at Wedekind, Patton, and Linden. You will assist the Community Manager with administrative, leasing, and financial tasks while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll rotate between locations, accompany tours, collect rents, prepare deposits, and help maintain high resident satisfaction. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between properties, and 2–5 years of property management

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in property management.
• Entrata, Excel, MS Word experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with administration and financial duties.
• Inspect property areas and report improvements.
• Lease apartments, promote rentals, and process deposits.
• Provide leadership support across multiple sites when needed.
• Ensure strong on-site presence and deliver high resident service.
