Job summary

Denholtz is seeking a detail-oriented Multi-Site Residential Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations across three Kannapolis, NC properties. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while guiding on-site teams and maintaining high standards of care.

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will manage leasing, maintenance, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience, preferably with Class A assets.
• Familiarity with Rent Café, Yardi Property, or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of three apartment communities, ensuring performance and resident satisfaction.
• Manage leasing activity and resident lifecycle including renewals.
• Supervise maintenance, service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
