Job summary

CloudTen Residential in the Portland area is seeking a Roving Community Assistant Manager to support Community Managers across Newberg and Forest Grove properties, including Rogers Landing, Spring Meadow, and The Reserve at Fernhill. You will assist with leasing, administrative duties, and overall property operations while rotating between sites.

Requirements include 2-5 years in property management, proficiency with Entrata and MS Word, a valid driver's license, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in property management required.
• Entrata, Excel, MS Word preferred.
• Property management software experience a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with administrative and financial duties across assigned properties.
• Support leasing activities and show properties to prospective residents.
• Process rent collections, deposits, and notices; assist in move-in/out admin.
• Perform property inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Maintain resident files and assist with renewals and reports.
