Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a proactive Community Assistant Manager to support operations across multiple properties in Nevada. You’ll assist the Community Manager with leasing, administrative tasks, fiscal oversight, and daily property operations to deliver a high-quality resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of property management experience, are comfortable with Entrata, Excel and MS Word, and can travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in property management.
• Entrata, Excel, MS Word preferred.
• Property management software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Community Manager across multiple sites.
• Assist with leasing and resident relations and show apartments.
• Help manage rent collection and financial reporting.
• Lead on-site teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Address resident service requests promptly.
