Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks a skilled technician to deliver hands-on maintenance across multiple client sites. You will travel with company-provided van to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC-related tasks.

Role requires 2–5 years mechanical experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and report on work completed. Regular site visits and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write routine reports, and present information.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems per work orders.
• Self-perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other tasks to maintain facilities.
• Communicate work order status and submit service reports and inspections.
