OnePeak Medical is redefining primary care by integrating traditional and functional medicine to address root causes of illness. The Practice Manager oversees clinic operations, teams, and patient experience across sites, reporting to the Regional Practice Director.

This role drives staffing, workflow optimization, and financial health with a hands-on coaching approach. The position requires strong leadership, clinical workflow expertise, and the ability to translate strategic goals into daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare settings.
• Experience managing supervisors or managers directly.
• Experience with clinic scheduling and operations platforms; HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and optimize workflows across multiple locations.
• Provide coaching and performance oversight to clinic managers.
• Ensure patient experience stays high and service levels meet standards.
• Monitor KPIs, payroll, and budget targets for the clinics.
• Uphold regulatory and safety standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and clinical leadership.
