Job description

Mission| Empowering healthier lives by making root-cause medicine accessible to everyone.

Vision| Leading a new era of healthcare where root-cause medicine is the standard of care.

Our Company: At OnePeak Medical, we are a team of dedicated caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services. Our mission is to redefine primary care by offering innovative, integrated health solutions aimed at optimizing wellbeing. We seek individuals who share our commitment to innovation and growth and empower our frontline healthcare providers with the latest resources to excel in their roles.

At OnePeak Medical, we are redefining primary care. Our mission is to deliver a personalized, integrative care model that combines traditional and functional medicine to address the root causes of illness and empower patients to live healthier, more vibrant lives. Our multidisciplinary team supports patients through advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and evidence-based therapies.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall success of clinic operations, team performance, patient experience, and financial health across their assigned site(s). This is a one-site-to-multi-site operational leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered operations across clinics within a defined geographic area.

Reporting to the Regional Practice Director, the Practice Manager directly oversees Assistant Practice Managers and clinic staff, serving as a hands-on coach, resource, and problem-solver for clinic teams. This leader maintains consistency across locations while supporting each clinic's unique operational needs. Success in this role requires a strong leadership presence, deep understanding of clinic workflows, and the ability to translate strategic goals into real-time execution.

This role champions OnePeak's mission, models leadership expectations, and ensures the clinic operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals. The Practice Manager performs the full scope of this role with progressive support and coaching from the Regional Practice Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Drive operational excellence by reinforcing standardized processes, ensuring supply management, and maintaining an organized, safe, and compliant facility
  • Anticipate needs, identify issues early, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and patient flow
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to Assistant Practice Managers, ensuring consistent execution of clinic standards across all assigned locations
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and support clinic staff to deliver an exceptional OnePeak experience
  • Build a positive, inclusive, bias-aware workplace that reflects OnePeak's values and leadership expectations
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability for performance, engagement, and professional growth — for both Assistant Practice Managers and clinic staff
  • Cultivate team cohesion through consistent communication, daily MESS huddles, and structured check-ins
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for elevated patient concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Support providers by ensuring schedule optimization, operational readiness, and responsive problem-solving
  • Promote a high-touch service experience that strengthens loyalty, improves access, and elevates patient satisfaction
  • Coordinate and support provider onboarding
  • Manage clinic resources responsibly to support strong financial performance and sustainable growth
  • Monitor core operational KPIs (e.g., visit volume, schedule utilization, staffing ratios, overtime control, and service metrics), with attention to trends and action steps
  • Support achievement of key financial goals, including patient volume expectations, labor efficiency, and clinic-level budget targets
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, timecard approvals, and protocol adherence
Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Uphold all clinical, regulatory, safety, and documentation standards; ensure staff follow policies consistently
  • Use continuous quality improvement principles (e.g., PDSA) to refine workflows and improve clinic outcomes
  • Raise issues early to the Regional Practice Director, People Operations, or Compliance when safety, performance, or regulatory concerns arise
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner effectively with HR, Finance, IT, RCM, Marketing, Facilities, and Clinical Leadership to support practice needs
  • Lead or support the implementation of new workflows, trainings, system enhancements, and initiatives
  • Represent the clinic's needs and communicate effectively across the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Embody OnePeak's Ways of Working — Lead with Integrity, Do Great Work, One Team One Mission, and Embrace a Growth Mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop Assistant Practice Managers and clinic teams across multiple locations
  • Hold self and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into clear action plans
  • Superior emotional intelligence across self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management
  • Ability to communicate and influence change effectively in both written and verbal form, across all levels of the organization
  • Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates teams across multiple sites to perform well
