Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Branch Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting for hourly field positions across branches. You will source candidates, screen, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding.

You will build local strategies to position BrightView as an employer of choice within nearby communities. The role involves collaborating with branch managers, attending local events, and traveling to branches up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience for hourly/field roles.
• Experience with ATS to manage candidate pipelines and reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to build recruitment dashboards.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly field roles.
• Coordinate hiring activities from posting to onboarding using ATS.
• Track candidate data and share hiring dashboards and progress.
• Communicate interview schedules and status updates to branch leaders.
• Build candidate pipelines through local job fairs and community events.
• Partner with branch managers with weekly recruiting updates and insights.
• Support onboarding and training and follow-up check-ins.
• Visit branches to understand hiring pain points and support local recruiting.
• Represent BrightView at hiring events and build local partnerships.
• Support additional recruiting needs as required.
